Dr. Karla M. Paylor is an Assistant Clinical Professor at the University of Maryland in the Department of Pediatrics and Division of Behavioral and Developmental Pediatrics. Dr. Paylor is a graduate of the Howard University’s College of Pharmacy and Medical School. She completed a residency in pediatrics at Sinai Hospital in Baltimore, MD, Dr. Paylor is Board Certified Pediatrician and a licensed Pharmacist in Washington, D.C.
Dr. Paylor completed a three-year Fellowship in Behavioral and Developmental Pediatrics at the University of Maryland Medical System in Baltimore, Maryland in June of 2003. Dr. Paylor provides extensive trainings for parents, Head Start Centers, school systems and health care professionals on issues, which effect children and behavior.
Dr. Paylor is the wife of David Miller and a proud mother of three children.
